Top 4 Beauty Brands of 2018

As a beauty blogger and a lover of all things beauty I am always trying and using new brands to give them a go and see how they perform amongst the rest. Over the year I have tried lots of products from new and upcoming brands and have loved trialling them and seeing the results. As we are now dawning on the end of the year, I thought it would be great to publish a Blogmas post on the top 4 beauty brands I have loved using throughout 2018.

1) EVE LOM

I first tried the EVE LOM Cleanser* when I received it in a Lookfantastic Beauty Box, and I fell in love with the product right away. It was named as my September product of the month and I wrote a blog post all about it. It’s a lovely cleanser, it works very effectively and feels extremely luxurious. It is on the pricey side, so it could be something you pop onto your Christmas wish list.

2) Clinique

I am a fully converted Clinique lover. I have tried and tested many Clinique products this year and I have loved every single one of them. My personal favourites are the Beyond Perfecting Foundation*, Moisture Surge 72 Hour Hydrator*, and the Clarifying Lotion*. I find that Clinique caters well to my sensitive, combination complexion and it does not irritate my skin at all.

3) Lee Stafford

I’ve been a lover of Lee Stafford hair products for years now, but since bleaching my hair I’ve needed that little bit of extra care for my hair. This year I’ve tried and tested many of his products including his purple shampoos (review post linked here), the heat protection spray and the blonde toning spray. I love the scent of the Lee Stafford products, and they are my go-to hair product range.

4) PIXI

This year I tried out the Glow Tonic* for the first time and absolutely loved it. More recently I’ve been using the Retinol Tonic*, which I am finding incredible. The Retinol was designed to smooth and firm facial contours, and if you know me then you’ll know that I’m all about preventing ageing lol. I always find that the Pixi Tonic’s last ages and are really effective.
