Autumn Nudes

Autumn Nudes

As September is closing to an end it can only mean that Autumn is well and truly on its way. It is time to start thinking about autumn lipstick shades and get our warm nudes ready for the season.

In this post I am going to discuss some of my top autumn nude lipsticks that I feel work perfectly with my pale complexion this time of the year. If you are thinking of expanding your nude lip collection then take a look at my recommendations…

MAC | Whirl

Whirl is a warm brown nude in a matte formula. The reason why I love this lipstick is because of how long wearing it is, it is not one of those matte lipsticks that cakes up or feels drying on the lips. The application is incredibly smooth and my lips feel hydrated throughout the day. I love the pink/brown tones in this lipstick, perfect for every day wear.

Avon | Twig

This Avon lipstick creates a satin finish on the lips, and contains extracts to moisturise and hydrate the lips. I would best describe the colour of this lipstick as a mauve plum, again, this lipstick is perfect for every day wear. A beautiful creamy lipstick that is excellent value for money!

MAC | Velvet Teddy

This deep tone beige coloured lipstick is one of my staple items for this time of the year. Again, similar to Whirl, this lipstick is matte. I find that this shade looks great with my pale complexion as it has beautiful warm tones. It’s hard to believe just how opaque this shade is on the lips. Definitely a go-to nude.

What are your favourite nude colours for autumn? I would love to know.

Have you tried Huda Beauty’s liquid matte in Wifey? It’s my go to nude lipstick 💋
